Have been there previous years but this year lack of communication, keep giving me the run around PLUS taken OVER 2 weeks to lodge my return. Won’t use again & highly recommend no one else go there

Keep away from them ☠️☠️The worse taxation office I have ever dealt with,Got a letter from centre link to pay Medicare Levi surcharge to discuss with them about it I have emailed twice and called four time already . The receptionist was telling each time will get back to you tomorrow or Monday .No reply to email , No one contacted yet it’s already been two monthsSo plss don’t deal with them

Waited an hour past my appointment time only to find out he was having coffee with friends and receptionist failed to inform I was waiting. Had to listen to another accountant who turns out to be the wife abuse him in front of myself and other customers. Then whilst in my consult his 6yr old was also in there playing on her ipad under the desk. To top it all off 3 weeks later and they haven't even lodged my return!!!

Got multiple tax returns done at the same time but had to put one of my returns through myself the following year because these guys didn't do their job properly. Not worth chasing up over 12 months later but not impressed, either. Use their services with caution.

Bad place, careless service , I went to Blakers taxation based in Bedford 3 years in Low, getting nothing back from them. When I realized something is wrong, I decided to go to another place, now I get better return every year

Very inattentive and negligent. Never use their service.I did my tax preparation from them on 26 October 2021. Cyril Corentin said get Medicare levy statement them we can amend, and you can claim extra tax return. I waited, but my tax return did get a refund, so I thought they were waiting for my Medicare levy statement." I emailed them my medicare levy statement on 15 February 2022. I was expecting some acknowledgment but didn't get it at all. Then I thought maybe I get my tax return directly
