I had my taxes done by Karen and she was brilliant. She definitely goes above and beyond in finding answers to some of those tricky questions, well the ones I had for her anyway. The amount I saved, not just money, but also time was fantastic! They're friendly, helpful and and worth their weight in gold! Saw Karen.She told me I needed to apply for GST, and to send her the date I had passed 75,000 in income.I sent her the date as a reply to our original email conversation.No response.I sent a second email 14 days later, to confirm if she got the first message and again got no response.It has now been 37 days, and nothing.*shrug* - I've done it myself now.If you can't be professional enough to respond (in 30 bloody days), when you're a small business in a small town, thats either straight unprofessional or just outright rude.Regardless, enjoy your bad review.**EditShe saw my first three emails from the same address, but not the last two? Come on guys. Don't lie to save face. I replied to the same email chain.
